Senior Promotion

High School Senior

Our latest promotion is for 2012 high school seniors to introduce our one session fee – 3 different session choice. Postcards were sent out recently, but do not worry if you did not receive a postcard, we have the postcard below to show you what the mailed promotion looks like.

The Senior Promotion

This promotion is very flexible. We want to photograph your senior and if you purchase your All-Access Senior Pass this month, you can use it at any time up till 3/31/12. If you decide to do your session early and order in the months of July to September – you can save up to an additional 15% off of your order (some requirements apply).

Making it easy and affordable for their senior year

We make it easy to contact us – give us a call (330-821-7714) or send us an email. This is the year that your son or daughter will be a senior – let us make it memorable with images that will capture their personality.

Waiting for Prom Pics

At Nicol Photography, LLC you do not wait on your prom portraits.

Schedule an appointment with us (link is here) to have your prom images captured. Not only will this process be simple and painless, but you will also have the option of choosing from a couple different backdrops and will be able to leave with printed images from our studio.  Lower wait time, choices of background, AND same day images- can you get that from the photographer on location? Probably not.

Here are Katy’s Prom Portraits – Sebring High School.

Katy had her prom portrait captured at our studio last week before her prom. What did she hear when she showed up at her prom with some wallets to give to her friends? “OMG – you have your pictures ALREADY?!?” We have the ability to print onsite and NOT inkjet prints. You can purchase wallets, 4×6, 5×7, and 8×10  from our printers – the 8×10 take about 1.5 minutes to print, but are high quality portraits that were just created in our studio. Portrait packages for our Prom Portrait Promotion start at only $15. While this pricing, and your variety of options are fantastic, the best thing is that you get your prom portraits immediately.

We are looking forward to those that will be coming to see us for prom images within the next couple weekends.

If you have any other questions, or would just like to drop us a line regarding our Prom Portraits, use this link.

Graduation: Cap and Gown

Graduation portraits  - Cap and Gown

May is finally upon us, and that means that the time is nearing for students to sing their alma mater, receive their diploma, and toss their caps to the sky. It’s time for farewells, congratulations, and new beginnings. It’s time to close one chapter of life, and embark upon a new one. It’s time for a big step in your life. So, how will you seniors remember your graduation day?

Graduation is a day that most every senior has been anxiously awaiting. Whether you have been waiting for this day since you began school twelve years ago, have been impatiently counting down your senior year ready for something new, are sad to be graduating and leaving friends, or are just looking forward to your graduation party and gifts, Nicol Photography has just the idea for helping to commemorate this momentous occasion- cap and gown photos at our studio.

Graduation ceremonies

Graduation ceremonies are busy, rushed, crowded events. Many schools do not offer professionals to photograph you in your cap and gown, and the best photography you may get is a blurred snapshot from a proud relative. However, suppose you want a better photo to document this paramount event. That is where we come in.

Nicol Photography will be offering cap and gown sessions beginning on May 1, and extending until graduations have ended. These sessions range for 10 minutes, and packages will be starting at $15.00. For more information, please feel free to contact us via email, Facebook, or by telephone at 330.821.7714.

You may also schedule your session now, by clicking the link here and choosing your time and date for cap and gown photos. Or contact us through this site at this link.

Nicol Photography is, as always, thrilled by your decision to make us a part of your graduation planning process, and to be your first choice for cap and gown images. We look forward to scheduling your session, and to assist you with the commemoration of your 2011 graduation!

Mitch and a borrowed car

This was Mitch’s second senior session. This time he brought along a nice prop to be included in some of his images – a 2010 Challenger (thanks to a family friend).

It’s rare that we get seniors which such a new car – no matter what the age of the car, we make certain that we focus on the senior as the main subject of the image. The car is just used for the secondary object to be looked at after you have seen the senior in the image. Sure the car is nice, but it is not the focus of this or any of our senior portraits.

Mitch, I hope that you shoulder heals up quick and that you can get back to playing football. Photographing you in this location gave us some challenges, but the images that we captured were completely different then anything else I have done with a senior and a car.

Sylvia – Our Latest N2 Crew Member

Sylvia came to us and wanted to become a N2 Crew Member, and we knew she had what it took to be a N2 Crew Member.

You have to be outgoing, willing to pass around your senior images to your friends (what senior wold not LOVE to do this??) and also refer your friends to our studio. What can this give you in return? How does a personalized Signature Yearbook for you to have your friends sign and for you to keep as a memory of your senior year? You pass out senior pictures to your friends anyway, right? Why not make this an earning opportunity for you.

Here are some images that we captured of Sylvia during her senior photo session.

Matt, a car and some tracks

Matt is one of our N2 Crew Members from Louisville High School. He wanted to try something different then what he had seen from previous seniors at Louisville, and he found us. So far he is liking the images that we are capturing for him, and we are liking the “props” that his father owns and is willing to drive to Alliance for us to use. I wonder if next time he would let me take it for a spin? Probably not.

Here are a couple of Matt’s senior pictures that he will use around school to show his friends to see if this is different.

Different – let’s get out of the studio to capture your senior images – that way we can make them different, and we can personalize them like we did with Matt and his father’s Corvette.

Soon to be seniors

Megan and Brittne came to our studio to have some cool pictures taken in their Louisville Cheerleader outfits. We captured some portraits in the studio and then we did something different – playing on the yellow line. Megan’s mom kept an eye out for any vehicles coming, and I took care of taking pictures.

The young ladies changed into their street clothes, and grabbed their sunglasses to get some “fashion” type of pictures at one of my favorite walls to photograph at. The big yellow wall, downtown Alliance.

We are always looking for something different and we always want to make certain that our subjects are having fun while we are photographing them.

Reba – our newest N2 Crew Member

We met Reba through a previous Senior Rep as well as an upcoming Rep From West Branch High School. With Reba’s first session we had so many different looks and images to select from. Below are some of my favorite images, but as I mentioned there were so man to select from – it was a difficult decision on which ones to post to this post.

From a classy prom dress image to ones that Reba is ready to get done and dirty working with her father in his tree trimming/removal service company.

So if you are looking for something unique – and you know Reba, let us know and we will make your senior images as unique as you are.

Senior & Outdoor Images

Offering a choice helps bring the senior’s personality out of them.

This image of Adam was a perfect example of what we do to bring out that personality. Sitting on the track in this pose, Adam seems like he is waiting for something to happen. This something is his Marine training which will be occuring in October of this year. This image shows the tough side of Adam, and we have several other images that we captured in studio of Adam that shows he can be less of a tough guy.

Have a Ball

We ask our seniors to bring items and clothes with them that will show off who they are during their senior year. Lauren brought in many different outfits, but this one says it all. Volleyball was a good sport for her as she had some height.

In total she had 6 clothing changes. Since we do not limit the number of clothing changes, we capture as many images as possible to give our seniors and parents the choice of images that they purchase for themselves as well as any gift portraits that they offer to their friends and family members.
