We have an award
The past four years we have attended a photo seminar that attracts between 100-130 photographers from Canada and the US. The seminar is sponsored by a photography forum that we participate in, and have learned so much from. Attending this seminar is like visiting family, and its a great way to talk shop, face to face with photographers from different areas of Canada and the US.
We were nominated by another photographer and received an award for continued improvement in customer service, as well as good business practice. What does this mean? Our customers are very important to us and we show it with our customer contact, plus continuous improvement in our photography skills, and in customer service will always be a focus for our business.
Thank you to NoBSPhotosuccess and Kris Gay for this award. We are truly humbled from this and will proudly display our award in our studio.

Emails that we LOVE to receive
We received this email yesterday from a very satisfied bride – and she has yet to see her wedding images. Read what she has to say about our services:

Free – yep FREE Bridal Show Tickets
We will be attending a Bridal Show in Akron on October 18, 2009 at the Sheraton Suites in Cuyahoga Falls.
Normally there is a fee to enter the Bridal Show – since we are part of the bridal show, we are given tickets that brides can use to get in for free.
Here is a link to access the FREE Ticket.
We will be in Suite 226, with 2 of our recent brides and their album. They are excited to share the details of their wedding with you and to let you know what went well and what they would have done differently. Come and see what they have to say about our services.

Rain to Rock Wedding
We came back from Kelly and Kevin’s wedding tired but with some great portraits in an area that we had NEVER photographed before. It rained most of the day, which required an alternative location to photograph the wedding party. Thanks to their limo driver, we headed to Tower City – Downtown Cleveland. It was a great spot to have pictures done, and there were so many options to select from that we could have spent another 4 hours there.
While there, no less then 4 other wedding parties were having their portraits taken in Tower City. Looking around we noticed that other photographers were taking the “safe” images of their couples and wedding parties – near the fountain, on the staircase and other places like that. We like to think a little different and capture portraits for our couple that will not only be timeless but unique. The couple took the plunge and got married – we took the plunge to capturing images that will set their wedding portraits apart from others.
Kelly, Kevin and the entire wedding party – thank you for being such troupers when it came time to the portrait. You guys had fun, were so at ease and great to photograph – the images show this!!

Awesome Alliance Wedding
Sometimes we go great distances to capture someone’s wedding memories. We have been in Texas, California and even Nova Scotia. Our latest wedding was right here in our home town – Alliance, Ohio.
Amber and Mark were married at the First Baptist Church in Alliance, Ohio. They decided to have their formal portraits taken prior to the wedding. Mark and Amber requested that they see each other before the ceremony, which seems to be getting more and more popular, so they could spend more time with their guests by proceeding to the reception almost immediately after the ceremony. This worked out very well, as we were able to capture all family images in 20-25 minutes.
Here is an image that we captured before the ceremony. Thank you Amber, Mark and the entire wedding party for showing us that you guys had a great time on this day.

A recent Thank You note
We just received a Thank You note from a wedding couple that we will be photographing on October 17 – Lynn and Chris. They are already excited about their wedding day, and are thrilled that we will photograph their wedding. They sent us a thank you note, along with a payment for their wedding photography coverage and album. We are grateful that we can be photographers and be paid for what we love to do. What makes it even more special is to touch someone so much that they take time out of their busy schedule to send us a note, which says that they are looking forward to having us photograph them on their wedding day.
Lynn and Chris – can’t wait to photograph your wedding. I am certain that we will have so many amazing images to choose from, that you will have to buy a LARGE personal photo album to keep all of the images that you will be able to print from your image CDs. Plus it will be a challenge to select images for your wedding album. See you soon.

Wedding In Catalina, California
Alishia and Seth could not have asked for better weather, or a better location to be married at. Alishia was always thinking of a beach wedding, and at first she thought that it would be on an island in Lake Erie, well she changed her wedding location to California and it was great!
Right at the beach in Avalon, Santa Catalina Island was so nice, and a beautiful area to have images taken at. Plus there were so many other areas to photograph this great couple that we spent the morning after the wedding with them to capture some other images that told the story of their wedding on the Island.
Alishia & Seth – Thanks again for selecting us to document your day, we hope that you guys had as much in front of the camera, as we did capturing all the amazing images of your special day. Congratulations.
This trip made us think that we should become official Santa Catalina Island wedding photographers. And why not? Traveling is not a problem and we always enjoy going to a location that gives us great spots for photographing our couples. Plus we love Palm Trees and nice weather.
