Value Sessions

Value sessions are a great way to begin your client relationship with Nicol Photography. These sessions allow you to experience our unique photography in our versatile studio setting, and provide you an opportunity to get to know your photographer. Our value sessions are expertly designed to give our clients a one-of-a-kind, simplified photo session that will meet all of their image needs.

While our sessions are always open for our clients to express their individuality, we do impose certain restrictions upon these sessions, as well. Our value sessions are our most basic sessions, and therefore are the most restricted that we offer. Such limitations are as follows

• Value sessions are only available for scheduling on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
• The value session is perfect for children ages 2-15, families with children falling in this age range, or those looking to capture images of their pets.
• Each session will only be permitted to consist of one type of grouping. Types of grouping for the value sessions include one child, siblings, family, one pet, or up to two pets.
• Upon scheduling your value session, you will also select your choice of grouping. We will not create any images of additional groupings outside of what you were scheduled to receive. For example, if you are scheduled to receive a session for one child, we will not photograph poses that include a sibling. The same is true for the reverse- if we are scheduled to photograph multiple siblings, we will not photograph the children individually. If you would like images of both sibling and individual children, please look to upgrade from a value session to a designer session.
• Each value session will consist of photographing one outfit. Please come or bring child already dressed. Having to dress children, or yourself can take up valuable time, and younger children can often be quite difficult.
• A non-refundable fee of $25 is required to schedule your appointment time for your session. Once you place your order, this amount will be placed towards your balance. If you do not call or show up for your session, this amount will not go towards future orders. We require notice of need to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your session, and do not allow clients to reschedule more than twice. If you do not meet these guidelines, your $25 fee will not be transferable. Cancellations due to emergency conditions will be handled at the discretion of the studio.

Value sessions are a complimentary service offered by the studio to better meet the needs of our clients. We also offer a wide variety of additional items for client orders ranging from purses and umbrellas, to key chains and water bottles, and just about everything in between. Certain items may meet our qualifications for up to 50 % off if the order is placed within one week (7 days) of your original session.
